Nortec Submits Business Proposal to National Mining Corporation (ENAMI EP), Ecuador

Nortec Minerals Corp. (TSX VENTURE:NVT)(PINK SHEETS:NMNZF)(FRANKFURT:WMQ)announced that Mohan R. Vulimiri, Executive Chairman and CEO met with the Vice-minister for Non-renewable Natural Resources, the General Manager, and the technical, legal, and social executives of the newly formed National Mining Corporation (ENAMI) on June 8, 2010. Nortec submitted a formal business proposal to the General Manager of ENAMI, Mr. José Cisneros on June 11, 2010.

Adex Provides Update on North Zone Tin, Indium, Zinc Bench Scale Concentrate Project

Adex Mining Inc. (TSX VENTURE:ADE) provided an update on its tin, indium and zinc bench scale test project being carried out by SGS Lakefield Research Limited of Lakefield, Ontario to evaluate the production of tin concentrate and zinc-indium concentrate from the North Zone at Adex's wholly-owned Mount Pleasant Mine Property, located in southwestern New Brunswick, Canada.
